Exchange Instructions
Step 1: Initiate Your Exchange Request
Contact our customer service team via email at ecomm@agu.ng within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Provide your order number and detailed reasons for the exchange request.
Include clear photos of the item(s) in their original condition.
Step 2: Exchange Authorization & Item Preparation
Upon validation of your request, we will authorise or decline an exchange request after careful consideration
Ensure the item is in a new and unused state, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Pack the item securely.
Step 3: Return the Item
Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the item. This may involve a store drop off, or using our logistics partner.
Please keep any tracking information provided.
Step 4: Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange for an item of the same value.
You will be contacted regarding the new items shipping or pickup.
